Stéphane was appointed Chief Executive Officer of SparingVision in August 2020, coinciding with the first closing of the series A financing. He brings to SparingVision over 25 years of leadership experience across corporate finance, strategy and business development.
Before joining SparingVision, he served as Executive Vice President of Corporate Strategy of Sangamo Therapeutics in San Francisco (USA), following Sangamo’s acquisition of TxCell SA, a CAR-Treg company where he was CEO. His previous roles include CEO of Genclis, CFO and Deputy-CEO of Innate Pharma SA, and Deputy-CEO of Trangene SA. Earlier in his career, Stéphane worked in investment banking at Lazard, fousing on principal investment accross France, Singapore and Hong Kong.
Stéphane holds a degree in management and finance at the University of Lyon and Paris-Dauphine in France and an M.B.A. from the University of Chicago. He is based in France.
